LumineLED.se – Turning a Difficult Website Into a Growth Platform

When we took on LumineLED.se, the website was already live — but it wasn’t working. The design was clunky, navigation was confusing, and the overall structure made it harder for customers to shop than it should have been. It wasn’t just about looks — the site needed a complete cleanup to perform.
